We don’t offer returns and exchanges for wrong size and remorse

All of the products in our shop are made on demand. While the designs are our own, we use a third party to print and ship your order. Please be aware that once an order is placed, we can not cancel or refund your order because of this. Having our products made this way instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and allows us to offer more options and designs at once

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@bleaka.com with photos of wrong/damaged items within 15 days of receiving your order  and we’ll sort that out for you.

For all orders that are returned to our warehouse as a result of the order being ‘Returned to Sender’ by the post office, we offer Resend the item, less shipping costs. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
