Christmas Delivery – Bleaka cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for any orders. To increase the likelihood of receiving your items before Christmas, we recommend placing your order well in advance, considering our average production and shipping times.

DELIVERY TIME ONCE SHIPPED
After placing your order with Bleaka, there’s a processing time of approximately 3 – 6 business days for most products. Once shipped, First-class mail in the U.S. typically takes 3 – 5 business days for delivery, while Priority mail should take 2 – 3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package.
*Note that the selected shipping method’s tracking information will activate only after the package has left our facilities.
We strive to collaborate with shippers for prompt delivery. Bleaka reserves the right to determine whether packages are still in transit or considered lost. If a package is deemed lost in transit, we will replace the order. Refunds will not be provided for packages considered lost in transit.
DECLINED DUTIES AND TAXES
Refusal to pay duties and taxes upon delivery may result in package abandonment, destruction, or return to our distribution center. Under such circumstances, refund or replacement requests cannot be considered.
UNRECEIVED DELIVERY NOTICE
If you receive a delivery notice but haven’t received your order, contact the appropriate shipper/postal carrier’s facility. The customer is responsible for resolving such issues. Reporting missing/stolen packages involves contacting the shipper/carrier, opening an investigation, and providing Bleaka with a verifiable case number at info@bleakacom.
INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Bleaka won’t replace or reimburse orders not received due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT
Packages marked “Delivered” are not eligible for insurance claims. Please distinguish this report from a lost package inquiry, as inquiry numbers won’t be accepted for order replacement or reimbursement.
